However, its disadvantages include narrow flow channel, easy to cause blockage and increase pressure drop; Cleaning is difficult, requiring clean media; The diaphragm and fin of the aluminum plate fin heat exchanger are thin, and the medium is required not to corrode the aluminum.


The advantage of the pipe belt radiator lies in its high efficiency of heat exchange performance, by adding fins on the external surface of the air side to greatly expand the heat transfer area, make up for the shortcomings of low heat transfer coefficient of the air side, so that the heat transfer is greatly improved. However, drawbacks may include the complexity of design and manufacturing, as well as the adaptive requirements for specific operating conditions.
