Hot Sale for Intercooler Cores

1.Product Introduction

There are two main types of aluminum intercooler core designs: tube-fin type and strip type. Tube-fin cores are common in ordinary intercoolers, but not common in high-performance after-sales intercoolers. This is because these types of intercoolers can easily absorb heat in a hot engine compartment, or when repeated pulling causes the intercooler to overheat. This heat absorption can lead to power loss.

Bar Plate Core straight-plate intercooler can operate better under high temperature conditions without loss of efficiency, and it performs well in heat transfer. The inherent design of the bar-plate core can promote better heat transfer and is more suitable for handling high-pressure applications than tube-fin cores. The ability of the rod-shaped plate core to withstand high pressurization depends on the thickness of the brazing plate, heat sink, side plate and top plate. Another benefit of the straight-board design is that it has the ability to withstand potential abuse installed in the front of the vehicle. The disadvantages of straight-plate intercoolers are increased weight (compared to tube-fin type) and higher cost.
